William Allen has practiced law in Tennessee since 1976 after graduating from the University of Tennessee School of Law. He joined Mostoller, Stulberg & Whitfield in 2001 after working for Rural Legal Services of Tennessee, Inc., for 23 years.
Bill grew up in Norris, Tennessee, where he graduated from Norris High School in 1964. He was a news reporter for the Knoxville News-Sentinel from 1968 to 1973 after graduating from the University of Missouri School of Journalism.
He represents parents and students in cases involving special education and school discipline issues; and consumers who have been defrauded. He also handles Social Security cases, personal injury claims, and does wills and estate probate.
Bill is licensed to practice in the State of Tennessee, U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle School Districts of Tennessee, the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the Tennessee, Anderson County and Knoxville Bar Associations.
